Michael Newman has been a proven leader in construction consulting, estimating and
job site monitoring for clients over the past decade providing a vast level of experience
by having worked on some of the largest loss projects in the United States, and
has developed a reputation for integrity and excellence throughout the insurance
and construction industries. From projects that are thousands of dollars to those
that are hundreds of millions of dollars the Michael’s focus has always been the
same, "provide a dedicated and knowledgeable service for each individual project,
regardless of size."
Michael holds certifications from the IICRC in; Mold, Water, Fire, Odor & Applied
Structural Drying as well as having ongoing and continuing education in such areas
as; Green Building, Loss Mitigation, Business Continuation Planning, CADD, Scheduling
and Estimating.
Michael holds a BGS from Mount St Clare College and performed his MBA studies at
St Ambrose University, both in the great state of Iowa. Michael was a four year
starter and captain of the Mt St Clare College men’s soccer team as well as playing
professionally for CR Vasco da Gama in Rio de Janeiro Brasil.
Jaquelyn Newman

With over 12 years of experience in Construction and Consulting, having worked for
one of the nation’s top general contractors, Jaquelyn brings a wide range of large
scale construction experience. Having integral roles in all phases of the construction
and management of landmarks such as Chicago’s Millennium Park and the ATF National
Headquarters located in Washington DC; in addition to her experience in high rise,
clean room, green building, process piping and self performed construction, Jaquelyn
brings a vast level of experience to Newman & Newman, LLC.
Her construction experience has placed over a billion dollars of varied project
types, such as:
- high rise, mid rise, low rise
- apartment, office and mixed use facilities
- theatrical
- mechanical, electrical and plumbing intensive
- pharmaceutical
- self performed work
- green building, LEED
She provides hands on construction knowledge in all aspects of construction and
maintains exceptional skill in planning, scheduling and project budgeting. Jaquelyn
has managed all aspects of construction including contract negotiations, estimating
and bid preparation, purchasing and negotiating subcontract agreements, scheduling
and day to day field operations. In addition to her construction management her
extensive background in; scheduling, planning, project management and supervision,
provides the highest level of service and expertise to our clients.
Jaquelyn holds a BS in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has
continued education in Green Building, Estimating and Scheduling.
